Success Coaches

Our Success Coaches are focused on doing whatever it takes to help each student be successful. Building a positive, encouraging relationship is a key focus of our Success Coaches.  As part of that relationship building process, the Success Coaches learn more about each student and their short and long term goals in an effort to motivate them.  Every week, the Success Coaches review and discuss the progress and attendance with each student to help them identify what the student should continue or what areas need improvement to help them on their path to graduation.
